Menu Selections

Salmon and smoked haddock Scotch egg with a salad of watercress,
ribbons of cucumber and a lightly scented curry mayonnaise N
Glazed goats cheese and baby beetroot on a bed of dressed leaves
served with beetroot puree and toasted pine nuts GF V
Tamarind and sesame duck salad with crispy cos lettuce,
salad leaves and a julienne of oriental vegetables
A rose of cantaloupe melon served with apricot,
kumquats and pomegranate, garnished with black and red currants GF V

Traditional roast turkey, chestnut stuffing and chipolatas
wrapped in bacon accompanied by a compote of cranberries and port N
Slowly braised shoulder of lamb on a bed of Provençal vegetables
with a red currant and rosemary jus GF
Pan-fried sea bass with pea and tomato butter sauce,
rested on spinach leaves and creamed garlic potatoes GF
Homemade cheese with chilli and spinach wrapped in crispy filo pastry
on a sweet potato rösti with sautéed spinach infused with
roast cumin seeds and sunblushed tomato sauce V
All the above served with
Brussel sprouts with chestnuts, roast potatoes,
honey-roasted carrots and parsnips GF V

Individual plum pudding with brandy sauce N
Trio of desserts:
Dark chocolate and soured cherry shot, warm fig and honey tarte tatin,
choux bun filled with Baileys Cream and crushed meringue pieces
topped with pistachio praline crunch N
