CONFERENCE RATES AT HENLEY

Rates for conferences at Henley Conferences Centre are per delegate, or attendee, on either a 10 hour day basis or for 24 hours including accommodation.

Morning coffee, a hot and cold buffet lunch and afternoon tea are always included. Use of a conference room includes use of a syndicate room as well.

2009 Rates

DAY DELEGATE RATE

• Use of one conference room from 0800 to 1800, ranging in capacities, suitable for 12 - 115 delegates
  
• Use of one syndicate room from 0800 to 1800, for up to 8 delegates seated boardroom style
  
• Henley notepad and pen in every room
  
• AV equipment in every conference room, including Bluetooth AMX touch screen control panels ensuring easy use of equipment at the touch of a button
  
• Conference room equipped with projectors and motorised projector screens, as well as two 50 inch plasma repeater screens ensuring maximum visibility
  
• Ample whiteboards and flipcharts as standard in every conference room
  
• Technical support on site
  
• Unlimited speciality and fair trade coffees with biscuits
  
• Three course hot and cold buffet lunch in the Heyworth Room. Working lunch options are also available

24 HOUR DELEGATE RATE

• Three course dinner with coffee
  
• Private dining options are available including spring/summer BBQ's on the Riverside Terrace

• Use of the leisure facilities, including the fitness centre and sauna, tennis courts and an outdoor heated swimming pool (seasonal) and giant chess set!
